The mission of the Desert Volunteer Connect (DVC) program is to improve lives, strengthen communities, and foster civic engagement through service and volunteering.
Desert Volunteer Connect (DVC)
Desert Volunteer Connect (DVC) is a collaborative effort by the Regional Access Project Foundation (RAP) and the Riverside County office on Aging. We provide resources to individuals of all ages, and exempt organizations to post, identify and fill volunteer positions that will better serve the people of the eastern Riverside County

3. Meet the volunteer coordinator of your selected organization.

The Regional Access Project Foundation (RAP) addresses unmet needs in health, mental health and juvenile intervention for residents of eastern Riverside County through grants and technical assistance to tax exempt agencies and organizational service providers.
